Radon is a full-service agency that combines creative power and digital natives with a sound understanding of business. We began in 2006 with a simple idea: the future of communication will need an agency that puts strategy, execution and marketing in the same room, rather than separating them.

An agency that not only has big ideas, but also the knowledge and know-how to execute them full circle. An agency where the end result is a faster, more coherent vision – from strategic insight to final design touches. We call it a ‘creative agency’, but you can call us what you want.

Our strategy has been the same from day one – mix business and creativity in a digital environment. We come from a business school background. Not art school, nor ad school. But trust us, there’s nothing more motivated than a suit with a creative complex. We daydream about both spreadsheets and typography. This enables us to create communication that’s creatively stunning and makes true business sense. Add to that our digital addiction. We were born digital. Both our company and the people who work here. It’s in our DNA and flows through everything we do.


Our company is called ‘House of’ for a reason. We wanted to build a home for creative and business synergy. Where we can gather all sorts of talented people into a room and let them fight it out. Not only because it’s fun to see PR, planning and programming collaborate, but because they can influence and learn from each other. Today there are around 45 people from a bunch of different countries fighting it out under our roof.

We also love to eat good food. So much so that we have our own chef, Sara, cooking delicious food for us and our friends every day. (Yet another great reason to work with us). So to get to know us better, contact our head of strategy Philip for a lunch – we don’t mind talking with our mouths full.
